This project is a work-in-progress: the homeowners are seeking to landscape their entire property in an urban setting, which includes the addition of a new patio and retaining wall at the sidewalk. Repeat History Restoration removed a crumbling brick and stone wall and chain link fence and is replacing them with what will be a fieldstone-veneered retaining wall topped with a fir wood fence with a natural cedar stain and copper ballister caps. A large patio has been installed with herringbone pattern pavers.
